Game instructions:

Prepare the Submarine and Treasure Path:

Place the submarine board in the center of the table.
Lay treasure tokens in a single line from the submarine, starting with lower-valued treasures near the sub and higher-valued treasures deeper in the sea.

Distribute Components:

Each player gets a diver token.
Place the oxygen meter at the starting level (usually equal to the number of players × 5).

Determine Turn Order:

Choose a starting player. Turns proceed clockwise.

Roll Dice to Move:

On your turn, roll the two six-sided dice to determine how far your diver moves.
Move your diver token that many spaces down (away from the submarine) or up (back toward the submarine).

Decide Whether to Pick Up a Treasure:

If you land on a space with a treasure, you can pick it up.

Replace the treasure token with a blank disc to indicate the spot is now empty.

Note: Carrying treasures slows you down! For every treasure you hold, subtract 1 from your dice roll on future turns (minimum move of 1 space).

Oxygen Consumption:

At the end of each player’s turn, reduce the oxygen meter by 1 for every treasure currently held by all players combined.

If the oxygen meter reaches 0, the round ends immediately, and any divers still underwater lose their treasures and return empty-handed.

Returning to the Submarine:

To keep treasures, you must reach the submarine before the oxygen runs out.

Treasures left behind are discarded.

End of a Round:

Once all divers are back in the submarine or the oxygen runs out, the round ends.
