Do points expire?

Yes, reward points will expire after 6 months of inactivity. To keep your points active, simply place an order, refer a friend, or earn more points within a 6-month period.

Can I use points with other discounts or promo codes?

Reward points cannot be combined with discount codes or promotional offers. However, you can choose which option gives you the best value at checkout — either use your points or apply a discount code, depending on which works better for your order.

Where can I see my points balance?

Just log in to your Oasis MKT account and head to the Rewards section. You’ll find your current points balance, your history of earned and redeemed points, and a list of available rewards you can unlock.

How many points do I need before I can redeem them?

You can start redeeming rewards from as little as 500 points, which gives you money off your next purchase. The more points you save, the bigger your reward.

Do I earn points on every product?

Yes, you’ll earn points on nearly everything available on our site. Please note that points may not apply to shipping charges or purchases made using gift cards.

Can I transfer points to someone else?

Points are linked to your individual account and cannot be transferred. But you can always refer a friend and both earn rewards through our referral programme.
