UK Economy Delivery

Orders placed and paid for before 2pm (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays) are usually dispatched the same day. If your order contains an item with a 1–2 day handling time, please allow for the additional dispatch period.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification along with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout. All product prices displayed include VAT.

Please note: We are unable to process or deliver orders addressed to PO Boxes.

UK Express / Next Day Delivery

We will supply your email address and/or mobile number to the courier, they will use this to send you notification emails and SMS to let you know when your parcel will arrive.

*For products that are eligible of our Express/Next Day delivery service, we aim to dispatch your goods from our warehouse in less than 1 working day of you placing your order (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). International Delivery

Shipping is charged based on order value & order weight. In certain cases extra shipping charges may be required.

We aim to dispatch your goods from our warehouse within 2 working days of you placing your order (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). We will send you an email confirming when we have dispatched your order. Postal delivery will normally take a further 10 working days.

Delivery times and charges vary by country.

Multiple delivery addresses in the same order will result in multiple delivery charges.

When ordering goods from Oasis MKT, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Oasis MKT, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Can I return my item?

Not Wanted

An unwanted product can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery as long as it’s still in its original, unopened packaging.

In accordance with your rights when you purchase goods online, unwanted items can be returned even if you have opened them for inspection as long as you let us know within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery. You can examine the goods as you would in a shop but to obtain a full refund you must not use them. The goods must be returned in ‘as new’ condition and in their original packaging. The packaging must not be ripped or damaged or we may refuse the return.

Returns and exchanges can only be processed with proof of purchase. Please provide your order number when you return a product.

You will be liable for the cost of returning the goods to us and must ensure that they are returned in protective packaging.

Faulty or Damaged

If you have received a damaged or faulty item from us you can return it for a repair, replacement or refund.

If the item is faulty or damaged, we will cover the costs of the return shipping. Please contact us prior to returning so we can arrange a free returns label or resolve the fault you are experiencing.

Please make it clear what the issue is on our return’s paperwork, as some minor issues may not be very clear to our returns department.

Some manufacturers prefer to deal with faulty items themselves, so returns may be sent directly to the manufacturer. This helps you get a replacement or repair faster.

Incorrect

An item received incorrectly can be returned for a refund or replacement. Please make it clear on the returns paperwork which action you would like us to take. If you do not complete this section, we will automatically issue a refund.

What is your Returns Period?

You can return an item up to 30 days after the date of delivery.

How do I cancel my order?

If you choose to cancel an order that you have not yet received, please contact us via phone or email. Have your order number ready for quicker processing. Use "Cancellation Request" in your contact message.

We do our best to cancel orders quickly, but it's possible the order is dispatched before we process your request.

If your order has already shipped, you'll need to return it after receiving it. This will be treated as an unwanted return, and you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.

You may cancel an order from the moment it's placed until 14 days after you receive the goods.

How much does it cost to return an item?

The cost depends on the return reason:

  • Unwanted item: You cover return shipping costs.
  • Damaged/Faulty item: We cover the return shipping.
  • Incorrect item: We cover the return shipping.

For self-paid returns, we recommend Royal Mail or Parcel2Go. A small tracked parcel via Royal Mail should cost around £5; courier options may range £7–10.

A restocking fee may apply for returns due to customer error or if items are returned in a condition different from what was stated.

Once your return is approved, you have 14 days to send the item. After that, the return is cancelled and no refund will be issued.

When will I be refunded?

We process refunds or replacements within 3–5 working days of receiving your return. If you used a tracked courier, you can confirm when the item was received. If you don’t hear from us within 7 working days, please

How should I package my return?

We recommend reusing the original packaging. You must ensure the item is returned in protective packaging. Items returned damaged or without proper care may not qualify for a refund.

How fast is shipping?

Not all products have the same delivery time. To check the estimated delivery time for an item, refer to the 'Delivery' section on the product page.

Next day UK delivery before the same day dispatch time takes between 1-2 days

Standard UK delivery takes between 2-3 days

Some products have an estimated delivery of 6-7 days.

How do I return my order?

You can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a refund. See our returns page for more info.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers manufacturer faults that are not the result of user damage, such as crash damage or mis-use. In the case of a warranty claim we will send the replacement part to you.

Radio Control (RC) Products

Can I get my car wet?

It depends on the model. Most of our cars are water resistant. I.e. splash-proof and can get slightly wet. Others are water-proof and can be driven through puddles etc.

Can I use 2 or more cars at the same time?

Yes, most of our cars can be used at the same time without interference, as they run on 2.4GHz. However, there are a few exceptions - please check the item description for details.

What is the top speed?

The top speed on all our models is shown on the product page.

Usually brushed models can reach of speed between 10-20mph, where-as brushless often range between 25mph-50mph.

What is the difference between brushed and brushless motors?

Brushed motors are great for beginners — they’re affordable and simple. Brushless motors are more powerful, efficient, and offer better speed and durability, making them ideal for experienced users.

Where can I use my RC product?

It depends on the specification of the product. For the most accurate information, please refer to each individual product's description and specification. It is generally advised to follow local rules & regulations. Flying toys should never be used indoors.

Can I get a spare battery?

We sell spares for nearly all models, check the product page for information on compatible batteries.

Some entry-level models have an integrated battery that cannot be changed.

How do I prevent battery damage?

To avoid damaging the battery, never fully discharge it and always disconnect it from the RC car when not in use. Leaving it connected can slowly drain the battery below safe levels.

Does this item include a charger?

All products typically come with its own charger, unless sold as a bare unit. For the most accurate information, refer to the 'box contents' in the product description.

How long does it take to charge?

Most of our items take between 45 mins to 2 hours to charge, but it varies on the size of the battery and speed of the charger.

Is it suitable for beginners?

For the best estimate, we have conveniently tested all products and gauged whether it is beginner friendly. For relevant products, you will see a rating system. A 5 rating meaning that it is beginner friendly, and 1 meaning it is the least beginner friendly.

Many of our RC products are Ready-To-Run (RTR) and designed to be beginner-friendly. Just charge the battery, install the AA batteries in the remote, and you're good to go.

You may also find bare units that are catered towards professionals and hobbyists. Hence do not come RTR out of the box.

Is it suitable for kids?

Most of our RC products are suitable for ages 8 and up, depending on the model. Simpler models with lower speeds are great for kids, while high-speed or brushless models are better for teens and adults.

With adult supervision this can be stretched younger, but we'd always recommend parents consider all factors such as their childs ability and safety.

What is ready-to-run (RTR)?

This means that no or very minimal (such as inserting batteries) assembly is required! Our RTR kits include the main unit, remote, battery, and charger unless otherwise stated.

What are bundle products?

Do you sell upgraded and hop-up parts?

Yes, for a lot of our models we sell upgraded batteries, chargers and parts. You will find them amongst our spare parts, look for 'Upgrade' in the product title.
